I want to make changes to the exterior of my townhouse? How do I submit my request to the Board?
Go to Forms/Exterior Modification Request. You have 3 options for the request form.
Complete and submit it online.
Print the form, scan it and submit to rosedalemeadowshoa@gmail.com
Print the form, complete it and submit the paperwork to a Board member.
With any option, the form will be reviewed by the Board and you will be notified of:
Approval by at least 2 Board members
Request for additional information, samples of materials to be used or clarification of requested items
Denial by the Board - with reasons
