Hello and welcome to Rosedale Meadows located in the Town of Guilderland, Albany County, New York.
Development of Rosedale Meadows began in 1986 and includes 95 townhomes on Rosedale Way, Fern Ct, Hawthorne Dr and Ft Hunter Rd. Each townhome is individually owned and maintained. The Rosedale Meadows Homeowners Association (RMHOA) collectively owns and maintains approximately 9 acres of common area, providing a natural setting and plenty of green space.
The RMHOA is a not-for-profit corporation, governed by a Board of Directors consisting of up to 6 owner-volunteers elected by the homeowners at an annual meeting held in the Town of Guilderland office. All homeowners are members of the Association, pay dues and have one vote in the governance of the By-laws, Covenants and Restrictions.
RMHOA provides the following benefits to its members:
Identify and resolve neighborhood concerns
Maintain architectural integrity and esthetic appeal of the community
Protect property values for the benefit of all homeowners
Provide fiscal responsibility for HOA dues
Rosedale Meadows is conveniently situated less than 1 mile off NYS Thruway Exit 25 (Schenectady) which connects to I-87, I-90 and all points north, south, east and west. See map here.
The Adirondack Mountains, Hudson Valley, Boston and NYC are all within a few hours of driving distance. Shopping in Guilderland, Albany and Schenectady is a short distance, as are many restaurants and day-to-day necessities.
We strive to make Rosedale Meadows a friendly, safe and beautiful neighborhood - a place you want to call home.
